California

We had the best trip this past week! We went to California with all of Vaughn's family and stayed at a beach house in Dana Point. We were only 30 minutes from Disneyland, so we spent 2 days there - it was SO hot and SO crowded but we loved every minute of it!! The beach was awesome - perfect weather and so much for the kids to do. They loved the sand, the ocean, the hot tub, the outside showers - all of it provided hours of entertainment for them! We were gone for 10 days but were so not ready to come home...wish we could have stayed another week!

We stayed in Vegas at the Excalibur on the way down to California. The kids loved staying in a castle. It was SO hot! The pool provided much relief.
