Catch up

We've been having lots of fun lately! First of all, one of the things I look forward to the most...girls scrapbooking weekend in Midway. Thanks to my friend Sarah for putting it together once again. It's the funnest weekend with the greatest people. It's called a scrapbook retreat and I did spend hours and hours scrapbooking but only came home with about 12 pages done...there's just a few distractions like yummy food, shopping and movies!! Every time I go, me and my friend Nicole end up as roomies and stay up WAY TOO LATE! This year we made it to 5am (and I paid for it for a whole week!!) I already can't wait to go again. :)

Dinner in Park City
We had lots of fun shopping at the outlets. :)
Nicole, Amy and Becca...staying up way too late!
Jenna LOVES to look at my scrapbook pages...it's the first thing she wants to do when I get home! (I love it!!)

SO happy that it's warming up! We walked over to our little neighborhood park and found so many friends there. I'm so excited for summer...I have big plans to be outside all summer long!!

That's it for now!!

Seriously?!?!

Now here is a little girl who LOVES her stuff!! It all started when she got a backpack for Christmas. She loves to pack up that backpack. I'm still waiting for the day when she falls down the stairs because of that dang backpack on her back. I can't even believe how heavy it is! Her favorite thing to play is "traveling" where she packs up everything she can and "travels" to another part of the house and sets it up and just plays there all day. Well, her "stuff" is starting to take over the house! She's a mess! You should see her bedroom - I find bags and purses and baskets all over her room, all filled with stuff. This is definitely one stage I'll be happy to see her grow out of!!

The Olympics may be over at your house...

but, they are not over at our house!! We loved watching the Olympics every night and are sad that they are done. I can't believe how much the kids enjoyed watching them. We not only watched the Olypmics, but we played it and still play it, everyday!!! The kids have even made up new events...who knows, one day they just might have a "picking up papers as fast as you can" event and if that's the case, we may have some future Olympians on our hands! So, if any of you are missing the Winter Games, just come on over, I know 3 little kids that sure love an audience and would be happy to perform any event for you!!!

At first, they would "play" Olympics with power rangers and barbies...that is until they figured out that it was more fun competing themselves!
Ready for cross country skiing
"Picking up the papers" event
Cole, ready for his turn
Ice Dancing

Definately Jenna's favorite event...she took gold in this one, by the way!
"Ski-racing"
